Russians to observe Estonians
A Russian-made An-30B will make an observation flight over Estonia on May 10th or 11th, depending on the weather. The An-30B is one dandy spy plane, which can photograph up to 5,000 square kilometers of land per hour from altitudes up to eight kilometers.
The Open Skies Treaty is a part of the OSCE states security and trust measures. Aboard the plane will be 20 people, including both crew and observers. Both Estonia and Russia will get copies of the film.
City Paper suggests you not burn leaves or trash on that day, as your violation of Estonia’s burn ban would be public record.
